  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 sandwich buns


  • In large skillet, cover pork with water; simmer until done, breaking apart as it cooks.
  • Drain well; add broth, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve on sandwich buns.
