Pork Apples

Cut: Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs pork chops bone in or boneless— ½ lb / person
  • 3 sliced apples
  • ½ cup real maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • From fresh: Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hrs. Shred pork and let sit in juices.
  • From frozen: Thaw in refrigerator 24 hrs prior, dump into slow cooker and cook for low 7-8 hrs or high 4-5 hrs
