- 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
- 4 oz genoa salami sliced
- 4 oz mortadella sliced
- 4 oz brie room temperature
- 4 oz Havarti cheese
- 4 oz aged Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cashews or almonds
- ¼ lb seedless red grapes
- ½ cup dried apricots
- ¼ cup whole grain mustard
- ¼ cup cornichons pickles
- assorted crackers for serving
Instructions
- Arrange the meats around the board. Fold mortadella into triangles, layer prosciutto in ribbons, and make salami into rolls.
- Place the brie with a small serving knife. Cut the Havarti into rectangles and the cheddar into triangles for a diverse look.
- Arrange nuts, fruit, and pickles in the spaces between the meats and cheeses.
- Place mustard in a small bowl in the center and the crackers in small baskets around the board.
