Ingredients

  • 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 4 oz genoa salami sliced
  • 4 oz mortadella sliced
  • 4 oz brie room temperature
  • 4 oz Havarti cheese
  • 4 oz aged Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cashews or almonds
  • ¼ lb seedless red grapes
  • ½ cup dried apricots
  • ¼ cup whole grain mustard
  • ¼ cup cornichons pickles
  • assorted crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Arrange the meats around the board. Fold mortadella into triangles, layer prosciutto in ribbons, and make salami into rolls.
  • Place the brie with a small serving knife. Cut the Havarti into rectangles and the cheddar into triangles for a diverse look.
  • Arrange nuts, fruit, and pickles in the spaces between the meats and cheeses.
  • Place mustard in a small bowl in the center and the crackers in small baskets around the board.
