
Ingredients
- 12 oz Italian sausage links
- 8 oz farfalle pasta cooked and drained
- ½ cup basil pesto purchased or homemade
- ½ red bell pepper seeded and diced
- 2 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 400°F or medium-high heat. Clean and oil the cooking grate, then close the lid.
- Place Italian sausage links on the grill, turning to cook and brown evenly, about 10–12 minutes. Pork sausage is fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove from the grill and slice the links into rounds.
- In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta and pesto to coat evenly.
- Add sausage rounds along with diced red pepper and cheese. Garnish with chopped fresh basil, then serve.
