
Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins about 2 lbs total
- ¼ cup gochujang hot or mild
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Make the Marinade
- gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Marinate
- Pat tenderloins dry. Coat thoroughly in the marinade.
- Let sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes (or refrigerate up to 8 hours if prepping ahead).
Preheat Air Fryer
- Preheat to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
Cook
- Place tenderloins in the air fryer basket (do not overlap).
- Cook at 400°F for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
- If you want extra caramelization, brush with a little additional honey during the last 2–3 minutes.
Rest
- Remove and rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
