Air Fryer Gochujang Honey Pork Tenderloin

Cut: Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins about 2 lbs total
  • ¼ cup gochujang hot or mild
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Make the Marinade

  • gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Marinate

  • Pat tenderloins dry. Coat thoroughly in the marinade.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes (or refrigerate up to 8 hours if prepping ahead).

Preheat Air Fryer

  • Preheat to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.

Cook

  • Place tenderloins in the air fryer basket (do not overlap).
  • Cook at 400°F for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
  • If you want extra caramelization, brush with a little additional honey during the last 2–3 minutes.

Rest

  • Remove and rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
