
Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground pork
- 1 cup ice water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Barbecue-Cranberry Sauce
- 1 cup barbecue sauce Kansas City-style or ketchup and molasses based
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce or cranberry jelly
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F
- Mix pork, water, soy sauce, and pepper thoroughly in large bowl
- Shape into 3/4-inch balls (mixture will be soft)
- Arrange in single layer on ungreased shallow baking pan
- Bake 20-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F
- Serve immediately or cool and freeze for later use.
