Air Fryer Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 1-lb pork tenderloins
  • 1 6 oz can pineapple juice (about ¾ cup)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  • Trim the pork tenderloins by removing the silverskin with a sharp knife. Cut pork tenderloin into 2-inch medallions and chill.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
  • Add pork medallions to the marinade and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 450°F.
  • Place pork on a greased tray in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through. Pork is fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Remove from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
