
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 clove s Garlic
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger root
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic chili paste
- 1 tbsp. mint sprigs/leaves
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except buns; form into 4 patties.
- Grill over medium-hot coals, turning once. Serve on buns.
